Cleaning
A clean property is your key to success in the holiday rentals market!
We provide Arrival Cleans which include a Welcome pack for your guests.
We would carry out a through clean of the property including outside areas.
If your booking is for more than one week we can arrange a mid-let clean or just a change of linen and towels.
Both services include laundry charges.
We can also provide window cleaning services - inside and out, including shutters.
Guest Services
Meet and Greet
We arrange to meet your guests within 24 hours of their arrival to make sure they have settled in and answer any questions they may have about the property and the local area. We also provide an information pack for your guests.
Airport Transfers and Car Hire
We use a reliable local company for both airport transfers and car hire - and they know the location of all our properties.
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
It is imperative that your pool remains clean and correctly balanced when in use to avoid water borne infections. Our cleaning routine ensures that the pool floor and walls are kept free from deposits such algae and the water is clear of debris. If your pool uses a chemical system we check the pH, chlorine and calcium content to retain the ideal balance.
Depending upon the pool's filter media we carry out backwashes as required and ensure that filters and baskets are kept clear and clean. We check that pool lights are functioning and that ladders are stable and secure.
Our pool cleaning charges are from only 50 euro per month for twice weekly cleans including chemicals.
Gardening and Outside Areas
Gardening
We offer a gardening service which includes weeding, pruning, dead heading, mowing lawns, watering and generally keeping the garden tidy and presentable. We can arrange to maintain the garden at intervals specified by the owner.
If you require landscaping, fencing etc., we can arrange for quotations and oversee any work.
Pressure Washing
We will clean all terraces, patios and pool areas using a high power pressure washer to restore surfaces to a pristine condition.
Free Maintenance Check
In addition to the above we would provide a free maintenance check at every Arrival Clean. This includes:
Checking that electrical appliances are working correctly, light bulbs are checked and replaced if required, batteries replaced in remote controls and smoke detectors if necessary.
We also check doors and windows to ensure correct opening and closing.
Plumbing - all sinks, showers, toilets and taps checked to ensure they are operatig correctly.
General Maintenance
We can also undertake maintenance works tailored to your requirements.
Painting, decorating, and building works can also be organised.
Key Holding and Security Checks
Key Holding
We will hold your keys and details of utility services connected to the property.This will enable us to take prompt action should a problem arise. We will hold the keys is a safe place and upon request make them available to visiting guests, owners, or trades people.
Security Checks
For your peace of mind we will carry out a monthly security check on your property (unless more frequent visits are requested by the owner) when it is unoccupied. The check will verify all windows and doors are securely closed and locked, no attempt of any break-in and we will also report if any maintenance is required. Additionally we will also check the correct functioning of the utilities, electricity, and water.
Work in Progress Reports
If you are having a new property built or having work done to an existing property, it is difficult to supervise the progress from another country. We can provide work in progress reports, in consultation with specialists where necessary, along with digital photographs. These would be emailed to the owner at intervals requested.
