Close to Protaras and the beaches at Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay, as well as being near to tavernas, shops and supermarkets.

One double bedroom on ground floor with en-suite shower, w.c. and washbasin.  Two bedrooms on the first floor - one double and one with two single beds.  In addition to the bedrooms there is an open plan landing area with two single beds, only suitable for children as it has a low sloping ceiling.  First floor bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin.

The ground floor is open plan and the lounge is furnished with two leather sofas.  There is an open wood fire and a satellite TV, plus DVD player and separate stereo system.

The dining table will seat six people. 

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

There is an additional shower room on the ground floor with a Jacuzzi type shower, w.c. and washbasin. 

Other Features

The walk in swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has a waterfall rock area at one end of the pool.
Sunbeds are provided and there is plenty of patio furniture and hammocks.  There is also a large built in barbecue and table tennis for the more energetic.

A stroll through the garden will take you to fishponds, a hammock and what only be described as a siesta area in the trees along with a pool table.  The views from the patio/veranda areas are truly stunning, and there are many nature walks to be taken in the hills.

Cot hire can be arranged if required at a small supplement.  Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
