Villa Ty-Mawr is a luxurious, spacious property located in a rural location but only 10 minutes from the busy resort of Ayia Napa. 

The villa is set in beautifully maintained gardens, has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and boasts a private pool and separate pool bar and barbecue area.  The ideal place to relax.  

Accommodation

Downstairs is open plan, the lounge having 4 leather sofas and will seat 10.  For entertainment you will find satellite TV (Sky), DVD player, video and CD player.

The dining area has a large table and chairs for 8.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with a shower room with w.c. next door.

Upstairs there are three further double bedrooms.  One of the bedrooms has shared access to a balcony along with the master bedroom.  The master bedroom also has its own private balcony.  All bedrooms have king size beds.

In addition there is a sofa bed which will sleep 2 children or 1 adult.

There is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath on this floor as well as a separate shower room.

Outside

The large pool is surrounded by patios, sun beds and garden furniture are provided.  There is a separate pool bar with fridge and a barbecue area with gas barbecue for your convenience.

The villa is set in a large plot with an orchard and beautiful gardens and terraces to sit and relax with a drink and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

Location

Villa Ty-Mawr is located between Ayia Thekla and the traditional Cypriot village of Liopetri.  A 5 minute drive will take you to the beach, church and Waterworld at Ayia Thekla, and a 10 minute drive away is Ayia Napa where there is a wide choice of bars, restaurants, and shops as well as some beautiful sandy beaches.   Just 2 minutes away, is the fishing village of Potamos Liopetri, with its local fishing boats and excellent fish tavernas.
