Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this high quality, spacious, brand new 4 bedroom villa is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is just a  couple of minutes walk to the nearest beach, supermarket and restaurants. 

The open plan ground floor includes a comfortably furnished living area and is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD/Video player. The well equipped kitchen features all modern conveniences including a electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. The washing machine is located in the first floor bathroom. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six. Also located on this floor is a double bedroom with patio doors leading to the outside veranda.   There is also a separate shower room with washbasin and w.c. on this level located next to the downstairs bedroom.

Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there are also two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower.  All four bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units.

An extra fold up bed and/or a cot can be provided for a small supplement.

The spacious patio and terraces outside the villa are ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors.   The 7m x 3m private pool is complete with sunbeds, umbrellas and a handy poolside shower. There is a barbecue area and outside patio furniture.  Off road parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Free airport transfers are available if required from April to October.

Location

The increasingly popular Pernera area has a shoreline of brilliant blue sea, small sheltered sandy bays and rugged cliffs.  A two minute walk will take you to the nearest beach to the villa at Sirena Bay, a golden sandy cove with beachside restaurant.  The centre of Pernera where you will find a well stocked supermarket and a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars offering a good variety of low key entertainment are a five minute drive.  5 kilometres along the coast is the busier resort of Protaras offering a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family. The resort of Ayia Napa is approximately 15 minutes by car if you require a livelier nightlife.  The local bus stops just a couple of minutes walk from the villa and will take you through all the coastal resorts right to the famous water park at Ayia Napa or in the other direction into the traditional town of Paralimni. This is the main town of the area and is a traditional busy Cypriot town offering wonderful churches, shops, and cafes - not to be missed.
